The Tijuana-Santos smuggling route is a narcotics smuggling route established by the Trujillo Cartel in 2013 instilled to smuggle self-distilled cocaine and homegrown marijuana from Tijuana, Mexico to the state of San Andreas. It's protected by a paramilitary group lead by Jose Medrano known as Soldados Especiales de Medrano. The traject is mostly an overseas route, and products smuggled across are cocaine, MDMA, marijuana and weaponary.
